Fame at last!

My 15 minutes of fame finally arrived when A little bit of hope received a lovely write up in the local newspaper.

Roker Hotel

What started out as a fairly quiet night, as an after effect of the horrendous flooding the previous evening, become a giggle filled evening as my glamorous assistant Helen and I watched the fashion show, were entertained by the 'Rat Pack' singer and met some of the more colourful stall holders who had lots to tell us!

The "Time to Drink Champagne" poster proved very popular and Helen did well to try to start a bidding war!

Next Friday we are going to be part of the launch of What's on 4 Me's Sunderland branch, (and not just because of the wine tasting)!  This is going to be a great chance for A little bit of hope to join local businesses showcasing our products and to support "shop local".

We are thinking of going along the lines of 'rustic, shabby chic' on the evening and theming our collection to show all the lovely items we have in this ever popular range.

We will be showcasing EXCLUSIVE new products that are not yet on our website.  Don't miss out book your ticket now!

Goose fair

Great time had by all yesterday, despite the rain and mud! We were very pleased to have the Air Force and Army boys on hand to assist in getting the cars and vans back off the field (thanks lads!).
The bags and mugs proved very popular (which goes to prove a girl ALWAYS needs a new bag!) and the other stall holders were lovely.

 Slight panic when we thought a piece of the gazebo was missing!!
